Electronic/E-mail nominations for BHEA elections were suspended on Friday the 14th of April 2017! Received electronic nominations will be added to the floor nominations when the meeting opens for elections on Monday. In other words, e-mail nominations are suspended, but you can still make a nomination on the floor of the election meeting prior to voting. Come by and be a part of this important meeting!
The Elections Meeting Time and Location has been changed!
The meeting is on Monday April 17, at 4:00 PM SHARP at the Kalmiopsis Elementary School Room 45 for electing your new Leadership Team for the 2017-2018 term. Room 45 is in the Annex part of the building (same building as the Cafeteria and Library). You will find Room 45 in the 5th grade hallway, which is through the tall interior double-doors near Indian Education and the Library. Room 45 will be on the right side of the hallway.

Your email address along with your name in the response will be used in validating your vote. Your electronic vote will be submitted to the tellers counting the votes at the elections.

The Association Secretary has e-mailed out a Proxy voting form for those who wish to vote at the meeting, but cannot attend. Please print that form and have it brought by your proxy to the meeting on Monday if that is how you would like to vote!
