Am *I* represented by the BHEA?
A good place to check whether you are represented or not is your job description, which you can request to view at the District Office, or you can ask us, we may have a copy. You can also ask us directly, and we will find out and let you know.
What happens if I am invited to, or brought into, a meeting with Administration regarding my job performance?
You do not have to be alone! You have people who will help you, and you have rights. Check out the Weingarten Rights Card in the Documents and Publications Page. If you need any guidance, reach out to your Building Representatives or your anyone on our team.
When and where does the BHEA meet?
We endeavor to hold a meeting every month. Make sure we have your e-mail address to be notified of meeting date and locations! E-mail the BHEA Secretary at bheasecretary@gmail.com with your name and your contact information.
