After 100% of the members who voted did so in favor of ratifying the MoU regarding how to handle the 2 Hour Delay that occurred last week, the Memo itself was taken up the School Board. I want you all to know that the 4 attending School Board Members, Bruce Raleigh, Allen Nidiffer, Jay Trost and Katherine Johnson voted in favor of approving the MoU. I remain impressed with the voter turnout on this issue, and want to thank everyone who voted, those who stopped by the BHHS Library, and those who asked questions and sought more information during the voting process. Administration and our Association collaborated well while resolving this issue.
Some time on Thursday, myself and another BHEA officer will visit the DO to sign the MoU.
